Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. seeks a telephony specialist to design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Avaya-based infrastructure, including NiCE CXone, for a large call center in Michigan. You will analyze call flows and IP architecture, resolve complex voice incidents, manage patches and upgrades, and coordinate projects and vendors.

A 24/7 on-call rotation is required. The role requires deep expertise in ACD, vectors, and call flow design to support complex telephony

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience managing and troubleshooting Avaya systems.
• Experience using NiCE CXone.
• Ability to work with ACD, vectors, and call flow design in complex telephony environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain telephony infrastructure.
• Resolve complex voice incidents and outages.
• Manage patches and upgrades for the telephony environment.
• Coordinate projects and vendors; support a large call center.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
