Job summary

TriHealth Physician Practices – Glenway Pediatrics is seeking a Practice Telephonic Triage Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care via phone triage using approved clinical protocols. You will advocate for patients, coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals, and document accurately to ensure efficient communication across teams.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, 2–3 years of clinical nursing, RN state licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing licensure and clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical software.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge from biological, physical, behavioral and nursing sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and nursing care per approved protocols.
• Act as advocate and liaison among patients, physicians, pharmacy and hospital.
• Document thoroughly to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Support first-call resolution and triage for urgent and non-urgent needs.
• Collaborate with the health-care team to maintain care models and cultural competency.
