Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Practice Telephonic Triage Registered Nurse to join TriHealth Physician Practices - Kenwood. The role delivers nursing care via telephonic triage using approved protocols, guiding patient disposition, and acting as a communication link among patients, physicians, and providers.

The position requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and an RN license (state or compact) upon hire, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license in state or compact state upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Strong computer skills and ability to type while talking.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and nursing care based on approved protocols.
• Advise on best course of action or disposition for patients/caregivers.
• Document accurately and communicate with providers, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Promote first call resolution and patient advocacy.
