Berkley Medical Management Solutions (BMMS) is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to assess, plan, coordinate and monitor care for injured workers toward timely return to work.

The role requires an RN license, strong communication skills and independent work habits; domestic travel up to 10% is required. CCM certification within two years is encouraged. Base salary ranges from 75k to 88k with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor and implement case management for injured workers.
• Facilitate timely medical care and return-to-work outcomes.
• Coordinate with employers, adjusters and physicians to manage cases efficiently.
• Review medical records and ensure cost-effective, quality care.
• Maintain licensure and pursue CCM certification within 2 years.
