Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Telephonic Case Manager for a fully remote role in the United States.

You will conduct telephonic case management to guide patients and employees through their healthcare journeys, applying URAC and CMSA standards, and ensuring quality outcomes while controlling costs. The ideal candidate holds an active multi-state RN license, resides in a compact state, and may have national certifications (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRC).

Qualifications

• Active Multi-State RN License
• Must reside in a Compact State
• National Certifications preferred: CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRC
• Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is highly valued
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management services following URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to promote quality care and cost-effective outcomes.
• Support patients and employees navigating their healthcare journey.
