CVS Health is seeking a remote RN Case Manager to support members across multiple states with telephonic care management. You will apply guidelines to assess benefits, coordinate plans, and engage members using motivational interviewing. A strong nursing background and URAC/MCG familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience, including hospital setting.
• Active multistate license through the NLC or state-specific licenses for supported states.
• Experience documenting electronically and in oncology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as telephonic case manager for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply clinical guidelines and care management plans to assess benefits and needs.
• Use holistic, motivational interviewing to engage members and address barriers.
• Collaborate with supervisors, Medical Directors and care teams to resolve cases.

Skills

Registered Nurse

Multistate license (NLC)

Oncology experience

Electronic documentation

Bilingual Spanish (preferred)

Education

Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing
