Job summary

Mercy Hospital – A Member of Catholic Health is seeking a Telephone Operator to manage calls, monitor codes, and support safety communications on-site. You will ensure patient confidentiality and assist staff with telecommunications, acting as the calm, professional voice at the center of hospital operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong verbal communication; prior switchboard experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Avaya switchboard to handle all calls promptly and professionally.

Be the calm, professional voice at the center of hospital communication. As a Telephone Operator, you’ll manage incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emergencies, and help ensure a safe and connected environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Salary Range

Starting from USD $26.71/Hr.
