GDIT is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst in Egg Harbor Township, NJ to support FAA operations. You will analyze and maintain telecom and video systems, monitor vendor services, and coordinate moves and installations to ensure seamless communications.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience and familiarity with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms, IP telephony, PBX and digital voice systems. Onsite at FAA site with travel.

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable.
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
• Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
• Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
• Preferred Skills: Voice and Video technologies
• Location: On Customer Site: WJH Technical Center (FAA), Egg Harbor, NJ

The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
