Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst to support the FAA customer on site in Anchorage, Alaska.

You will analyze and maintain telecommunications and video systems, coordinate moves and installations, and provide end-user training while ensuring secure, efficient communications for mission critical operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years in telecom and video systems, experience with AVAYA/ZOOM platforms, and strong problem-solving

  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable.
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
  • Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
  • Preferred Skills: Voice and Video technologies
  • Location: On Customer Site: Anchorage Alaska

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
