Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in California is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement and evaluate each patient’s care.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVNs, CNAs, students and staff as assigned.
• Participate in the organization's Performance Improvement Program and quality planning.
• Demonstrate USC's IRAISE values in patient care interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director/Clinical Lead RN.
