Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy per orders.
• Performs nursing assessments at admission, shift, and condition change.
• Develops and updates Plans of Care with outcomes.
• Documents accurately on all flowsheets and charts.
• Collaborates with case management for discharge planning.
• Provides patient and family education.
• Maintains unit safety and regulatory compliance.
