HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. You will work with the care team to implement established nursing models, advocate for patients, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, timely documentation, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or eligible in the state of Florida.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 1 year RN hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in medical records.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and provide proactive care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
