Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by promptly addressing patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, meds, side effects and follow-up.
