Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• NIHSS certification.
• Two years of telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned patient group.
• Provide patient-centered care with a holistic approach.
• Assess, document, and update care plans with established standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation, supplies, and equipment operation.
• Act as educator to peers, patients, and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
