Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. The role is part-time days (24 hours weekly) with shift from 6:30am to 7:00pm, located on-site in Bethesda North Hospital. A sign-on bonus is offered and BSN upon hire is encouraged within five years.

Candidates must be an RN with an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing and BLS/CPR certification. Experience in high-acuity telemetry and a commitment to professional growth are valued, with

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
• Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family and documents findings.
• Plans care for patient and family and develops goals with the healthcare team.
• Maintains a safe environment and communicates plans to others; educates patient.
• Evaluates plan of care and revises as needed with the team; documents responses.
• Administers medications/treatments and monitors effects; uses equipment safely.
• Demonstrates responsibility and supports learning and organizational changes.
