Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments with age-specific considerations.
• Anticipates potential complications and plans discharge needs.
• Communicates with physicians and healthcare team about patient status.
• Develops and updates the nursing care plan with input from patient/family and team.
• Documents treatments and patient responses accurately in the record.
