Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN license in AZ (State/Compact) required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire for those with AD/NP/ED training.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor patient responses.
• Document medical history, perform diagnostic tests, and analyze results.
• Develop and implement care plans; coordinate with physicians and nurses.
