Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-4P1-Acute Care Medicine on night shift. The RN will apply ANA standards, document patient data, and implement care plans from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities include administering medications, IV management, and patient education, while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality care in a busy unit.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona and BLS certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing is expected; BSN preferred.
• 1 year of med-surg or acute care experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by professional standards and ethics.
• Develop and update patient care plans; administer medications.
• Perform assessments, document data, and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge needs and therapies.
