Job summary

HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Night shiftRegistered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-3N/3W (1900-0730). You will provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, medication administration, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred. Arizona RN license, BLS, and 10+ months med-surg/acute experience are expected; 1 year RN experience for float positions.

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire or have 5+ years RN experience at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Telemetry Unit.
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans with the team.
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians for care delivery.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff and students as assigned.
