Job summary
AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 45-bed Adult Medical Telemetry unit. Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing required.
- Current State of Florida or Multistate RN licensure required.
- Minimum six months RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
