Job summary
AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time telemetry unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements include an Associate of Science in Nursing, a current Florida RN license, BLS, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Competitive pay and benefits from day one are offered.

- Associate degree in Nursing
- Current Florida RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum six months of RN experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological and psychosocial factors.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans based on standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
- Coordinate care with medical staff and teams to ensure effective communication.
- Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
