Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (CN II) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced telemetry unit. The role emphasizes autonomous practice and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

Shift scheduling includes 7 PM to 7:30 AM with 12/36 hours; weekend coverage every other weekend; on-call not required. Competitive hourly pay and relocation bonus offered. California RN license and AHA BLS/ACLS are required.

Formación

• BSN or ADN with RN license in CA
• Telemetry/ICU experience preferred or equivalent
• CN II level Telemetry RN with required certifications
• CA RN license required; BLS/ACLS required; NIHSS required
• Transitional RN program requires certificate within 6 months of hire

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and care for patients on continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Respond to acute changes in rhythms and neurological status.
• Administer medications, including non-titratable drips.
• Develop individualized care plans for cardiac/neurological conditions.
• Provide patient/family education and advocate for evidence-based telemetry care.
