Advocate Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. This full-time night shift (1900-0700) requires precise patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patients, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the team to influence outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
