Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (state of practice).
• 2+ years inpatient nursing experience with leadership responsibility.
• BSN preferred or ADN with enrollment in BSN program.

• Leads collaboration and effective communication to coordinate patient care.
• Provides clinical oversight, coaching, and guidance to staff.
