Job summary

Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for 10T Med/Surg Telemetry. This full-time night shift role involves 3 12-hour night shifts weekly, with holiday/weekend rotation. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, uphold safety standards, and contribute to an excellent patient experience across the continuum, in a Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma center setting.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
