HCA HealthONE seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and state regulations. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and help ensure outstanding outcomes and experience.

Key responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, timely documentation, and patient education.

Formación

• RN experience of 6 months minimum required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Colorado DORA or Multi-State licensure to practice as an RN in CO is required.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about the condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
