Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Telemetry unit. You will coordinate patient care, collaborate with management, and support nursing strategies to improve outcomes and service. The role requires strong clinical leadership and a patient-first approach.

Typical duties include admissions/discharges, staff development, scheduling, and inventory oversight, with focus on quality and collaboration within the unit.

Qualifications

• BLS required as a condition of employment.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado or multi-state.
• Associate Degree completed from accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Acute Medical Surgical Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork improving outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operates nursing strategies including hourly rounds and staff engagement initiatives.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, training, and staff development actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management based on patient care needs.
• Manages inventory control and equipment supplies.
