Atrium Health University City’s Medical Telemetry Unit (4th Floor) is a 31-bed acute care unit delivering patient-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated RN to support the team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license valid for the state(s) of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; telehealth experience a bonus.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Licensure requirements for telehealth/virtual modalities as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Assesses, plans, diagnoses, and evaluates nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors conditions, updates care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Supports safe medication administration and clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and participates in professional development.
