Job summary

Atrium Health seeks a Telemetry/PCU Registered Nurse for a 38-bed unit serving adults with acute and chronic conditions. You will join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team focused on learning and growth while delivering evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include nursing process application, patient monitoring, care plan adjustment, and accurate EHR documentation. RN must hold a current NC license and BLS; BSN is preferred. Opportunities to float to related units may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the state where practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and ensures patient safety.
