Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Centralized Telemetry on the Day shift. This full-time role provides direct patient care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team across the Health System.

New graduate nurses are accepted. RN licensure in NC or a compact state is required; relocation assistance is available. Nurses may float to other Med/Surg units as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a compact state.
• New Graduate Nurses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and plan nursing care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary Health System staff.
• Maintain patient care documentation and records.
