Job summary

You will maintain licensure and BLS, support education for patients and staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure safe, compassionate care consistent with our mission and core values.

Qualifications

• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge is preferred or obtained prior to orientation.
• CPI training is preferred or obtained prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit and carries out provider orders.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation including care plans each shift.
• Promotes a culture of safety and well-being, and participates in daily safety huddles.
• Communicates patient information for continuity and safe care during rounds and bed-side handoffs.
• Maintains unit competencies, completes required learning modules, and supports quality initiatives.
• Acts as a preceptor for new nurses and collaborates with other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates shared governance and adherence to organizational mission and core values.

Education

Current New Hampshire RN license required

Basic Life Support certification required

Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
