Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in New Jersey. The role emphasizes coordinating care and guiding other caregivers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services.

Requirements include a NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, and BSN in progress or willingness to complete within 3 years, plus 6+ months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation. Telemetry and ACLS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Telemetry certification preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• National certification preferred.
• The ability to learn quickly, teamwork, accountability and patient-focused care are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate and coordinate care.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
