Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) on the Mercy St. Louis campus.

This part-time 24-hour-per-week role focuses on high-acuity telemetry care, critical thinking, and rapid clinical decision-making in a stepdown-level environment. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a smooth patient flow in a smaller, tightly knit unit with expanded capacity.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire).

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
