Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in professional governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care from admission to post-discharge.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely following protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed to meet patient care needs.
