Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification either by AHA or to complete within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments; uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in Mercy Springfield Nurse Residency Program and ongoing professional development.
• Work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends (full-time or part-time).

Education
