Mercy Springfield is seeking nurses for its 12-hour shift rotations (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with full-time or part-time options. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to Mercy standards, and active participation in the Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: current RN license for hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds, stand/walk long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in the Mercy Nurse Residency Program and support professional development.
