Job summary
Mercy Springfield is seeking registered nurses to provide patient care using the nursing process on a surgical unit (3C). The role includes night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekend rotations; full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
- Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, standing and walking long shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
- Participate in Nurse Residency program and on 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekend rotation.
