Job summary
Mercy Springfield is hiring registered nurses for the 12-hour shift units, with 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am shifts and rotating weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities, plus a Nurse Residency Program tailored to new grads.
Competitive incentive package includes sign-on bonuses ranging from 5k to 20k, education assistance, tuition reimbursement, relocation help, weekend and night differential, and comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Participate in the Nurse Residency Program and ongoing professional development.
