Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health on the 4th Floor Telemetry unit in Holmdel, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based nursing care and support patient-centered outcomes. This full-time day-shift role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, individualized care from admission to discharge.

Requires active NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, and BSN strongly preferred (or obtained within 3 years) with at least 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program.
• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to organizational standards.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology.
