Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health on the 4th Floor Telemetry unit seeks a part-time night RN to deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

BSN strongly preferred (or obtain within 3 years); minimum 6 months of nursing experience or completion of the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program; NJ RN license and AHA BLS/CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred; or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six (6) months nursing experience or completion of Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Communicate patient status and treatment plans with the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality care experience.
• Administer medications using clinical documentation systems.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care focused on health and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
