Job summary

Medasource is seeking a LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Seattle to provide patient care using the Nursing Process in line with state regulations and hospital policies. The nurse will demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and safe care planning with supervision of assigned staff.

Two to five years of RN experience in LTAC/Telemetry is required. ACLS & BLS certifications and WA RN license must be attached to the resume.

Qualifications

• ACLS & BLS certifications through American Heart Association are required.
• WA RN license (or multi-state license) must be attached to resume.
• Two to five years of LTAC/Telemetry RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients using the Nursing Process per the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment and leadership in planning for safe care delivery.
• Delegate priorities and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.
