The RN will apply the nursing process, educate patients, participate in quality improvement, and mentor staff. A BSN is preferred, and California RN licensure is required by hire; 1 year acute care experience is favored.

Qualificações

• California RN license preferred/required by hire.
• BSN preferred; will obtain within 5 years if not at hire.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver patient care as part of the telemetry team.
• Provide leadership support to the charge nurse and unit staff.
• Precept and mentor nursing staff and students.
