Qualifications

• Graduation from Registered Nurse Program is required.
• California RN license is required; BSN preferred if not upon hire (within 5 years).
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred; ortho and stroke experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support patient care team and supervise staff per nursing process.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans; educate patients and families.
• Lead in safety, quality improvement and unit service growth.
• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration with departments and shift teams.
