Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 0-1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and nursing policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nursing Assessments at admission and with any change in condition.
• Develops and revises Plans of Care with interventions and outcomes.
• Administers medications and IV therapy per prescribed intervals and policies.
• Documents care completely on unit charts and forms for accuracy and compliance.
• Educates patient and family and coordinates discharge planning with the care team.
