Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a Seasonal Contract in the Boca Raton Telemetry PCU. The role is per diem with 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, requiring ASN and FL RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Candidate will float to units as needed, work three 12‑hour shifts per week and every other weekend. Not eligible for PTO or select benefits during the contract period.

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications may be required.
• Minimum 2 years acute Med/Surg Tele experience preferred; BLS ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work any three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO or certain Baptist Health South Florida benefits during the agreement.
