Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is hiring a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a Seasonal Contract in Telemetry PCU. Per Diem shifts are 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, with 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends.

Candidate must have ASN RN license in FL, 2 years of acute Med/Surg Tele or Cardiac Tele experience preferred, with BLS and ACLS required. This temporary pool role offers flexible scheduling and a path to continuing opportunities within Baptist Health.

Qualifications

• 2 years acute Med/Surg Tele experience required; Cardiac Tele preferred.
• BLS ACLS required.
• ASN, Licensed RN in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in Telemetry PCU.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the contract period.
