Augusta Health's Progressive Care-Telemetry unit provides care for acutely ill adults across cardiac, neuro, renal and respiratory conditions. As an RN on this unit, you coordinate direct patient care, educate patients, and lead the care team in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to influence nursing practice and governance.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• BSN or ADN program enrollment preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Adherence to infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct patient care and education for the unit.
• Serve as leader of the patient care team in a fast-paced setting.
• Work with other disciplines to ensure high-quality care.
• Utilize cardiac rhythm interpretation skills and promote evidence-based practice.
