Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, NC is seeking an experienced RN to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The 36-hour weekly, 3 twelve-hour shifts include night coverage and weekend/holiday requirements.

You will deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with cardiology and hospital teams, and monitor telemetry in a fast-paced setting. A sign-on bonus is eligible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with cardiology/hospitalist team and other disciplines to manage care and telemetry.
• Maintain safety and quality standards to ensure optimal patient experience.
