Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform vital signs and monitor patient condition pre/post treatments.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document accurately and report changes to the nurse promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Assist in specimen collection when prescribed within scope.
• Support orientation of new staff and contribute to team goals.
