Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect clinical information and report changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assist with patient and family education and document all care activities.
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment to meet patient needs.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives, quality improvements, and professional development.
